Dr. Carroll has over 20 years of experience as a healthcare provider, executive, and entrepreneur.
He has led healthcare operations across several specialty environments through early phase startup, supported successful PE funding efforts, and managed to market maturation.
Greg previously served as an executive leader for one of the largest and fastest growing urgent care networks in the country, GoHealth Urgent Care. As President of the Northwest Market and Corporate Clinical Lead, he supported the private equity-funded build-out and operationalization of 14 de novo centers over an 18-month period.
Greg launched and chaired GoHealth's clinical steering committee, which oversaw and drove GoHealth’s company-wide clinical strategy, quality assurance, education, and patient safety efforts. Additionally, Greg led clinical integration for the company’s six major market joint ventures, which included the recruitment and development of each venture’s medical director and clinical leadership team.
Greg formerly practiced as an Emergency Medicine Physician, providing high-quality care at a top-ranked ED for customer satisfaction, and has offered care virtually through telemedicine for leading services organizations.
He is a native Oregonian and spends as much time as possible cycling throughout the Northwest.
