Enroll with Boulder

Welcome! We look forward to meeting you and supporting you in recovery.

There are a few important things you should know about our program:

  1. We provide virtual addiction care—also known as telehealth—via video, phone, and messaging in our app.
  2. We offer treatment for opioid and/or alcohol use.
  3. Our care includes medications for addiction treatment (MAT), such as Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone).

First, tell us a little more about you.

Boulder is currently available in select states, but we are quickly expanding to new regions. You can sign up to be notified when Boulder becomes available in your area.

What’s the best way for us to reach you?

We are careful to respect your privacy. We won't share information about the nature of our services on voicemail or to anyone other than you.

What's a good time for us to call you?

A member of the Boulder team will give you a call to discuss your needs and goals, and get you started with treatment.

Our team will do their best to reach out at your requested time. If you need to talk to someone sooner, you can always call us.

Anything else you’d like us to know?
